Hello, my experience with ya’ll was interesting, as far as products go, you’re pretty much one of a kind, it’s not easy to find high quality organic beds and hardwood frames at a such reasonable price point. I was very excited to order, for I’ve had my eye on your company a while now, was waiting until the time was right for a new bed, and that being said, now that I’ve received my order, I would and will buy from you again, I’m wanting a mattress topper now. The only tif I had was the company ya’ll used to ship my order with, Ceva Logistics. I’m curious to know if that is the usual company you ship through or if it’s just based on what’s available within someone’s region. They have over three hundred one star reviews, and getting ahold of them is nearly impossible, the day I was attempting to schedule my delivery I sat on hold for over two hours until finally getting through. I even emailed your customer service to see if you could get on the line with them for me. It took longer to get here but nothing was damaged, thank goodness, and it was all good after that. My question now, is if I place another order, is there a way to go through a different shipping company, and if I was just to order a mattress topper, since it’s not a whole bed setup and just one item, assumably much lighter as well, would it be shipped without need of a freighting company? Please get back to me on this because I would like to order soon but want to know if I’ll have to jump through the same hoops for my package again, thank you.

This is a great frame, really beautiful and easy to put together. We upgraded from a queen to a king (the queen was purchased here about 3 years ago) and the newer frame seems slightly less sturdy than the older one. There is only 1 extra "foot" on the underside, compared to 2 extra feet on the old queen. The tatami mats fit very snugly into the queen frame, while the tatami mats on the king have more wiggle room. Nevertheless, the joinery at the corners is beautiful and it is sturdy enough.

I had a queen size shiki futon for almost 10 years. Been sleeping good this whole time. Upgraded to the cali king. I'm never going back to regular mattresses. It is more on the firm side which is great for me. You do have to get a tatami mat, don't get those cheaper crate like ones, you will feel it. The futon does need to be rotated and flipped, takes about one minute to get it all set and made up.

Thank you so much for existing. I recently have become allergic to polyester and it has been nearly impossible to find a sofa made with organic materials. This is the most comfortable sofa ever. Soft but cushions don't sink. Super nice, durable materials.
