The SlickPick medium picks work very well on the right thumb of my small woman hands. The medium pick is a hair too tight across the base of my thumb, easily fixed by putting it on the handle of a rounded staple remover and soaking that setup in very hot water for a couple minutes, than putting in icy water to stabilize the widening. I'm very pleased how well it stayed in place on my thumb while strumming and wasn't in the way while picking. 🙂
