Excellent attention to detail. I ordered two sets of singles in my preferred gauges. Rather than just chuck them into one envelope for shipping, The F-Hole separated them into two complete sets and packaged each set in its own plastic sleeve. A small thing, but felt nice. Also sent a nice 1. 5mm pick with their logo and a short note on the receipt. All of these details added up to a premium experience. Not to mention they had the GHS roller wounds I wanted in singles to let me build the set I need, basically 10-46, but with a wound . 018 third string.
