fast, accurate quality products

Using nylon strings on my 5-string banjo is an experiment. Looking for a mellow sound, with some sustain. I'll let you know the results. Thanks for your prompt attention to my order. Great store name!

Fantastic! I accidentally ordered right hand thumb picks when I needed left hand ones. Someone sent me an email and pointed this out and I was able to correct the order simply through the email! That is great service! Thank you!👍

I like their products and customer service ! I like it all !

Bass strings I ordered are fantastic, a perfect match for my acoustic bass. Appreciated the note and f-hole branded pick in the package as well!

I ordered a lefty pick and they sent me a righty.

Great customer service. All products showed up on time. All good. Thanks. I will be a returning customer.

Excellent experience as always 👌

Great Strings, Great Prices. Who couldn't love the F-hole?

I appreciate the great service, and the handwritten welcome note goes a long way! Great work, thank you!

The ordering process was smooth. The price was great. The order was professionally packaged. The strings are, well, banjo strings but hey, they are superb!

Exactly what I was looking for. I put together a sample pack for a bunch of picks I wanted to test drive that I couldn’t get individually in the big places. Got just what I wanted. The f-hole had a wide variety of picks. Shipping was fast. 10/10 will shop here again and I’ve already recommended the f-hole to my friends and students.

Great customer and quick delivery :}

The picks came very quickly1
