Excellent experience from shopping to delivery. I especially like being able to buy one pick. Yep, one at a time, any flavor, size, shape, etc. This let me pick out several to try. Once I figure out my new favorite, I'll load up. Additionally, the pricing on strings was great, so I stocked up on those as well. Finally, I received an email with a back-ordered capo, which was clearly stated on the website, but I wasn't in a hurry. Then the order came with a handwritten thank-you note. In 2025, it's hard to find that. I'll be telling the folks at the weekly bluegrass jam about this place; besides, they'll be envious of my new picks. Great place, great find, great price, and my new fav.
