Ordered a thicker string for my bass … the price was highly competitive, the product arrived sooner than expected and included a nice handwritten note … from the same guy who appears in their online videos! Look, nowadays you can buy almost anything from a variety of mass e-commerce platforms - for comparable price and speed it’s nicer to purchase from a smaller company that provides gestures that make you smile.
