Great communication from ordering to delivery. Fast delivery. The packaging for the ring was brilliant, with plenty of lovely choices to store the ring in (a nice ring box, ring bag, and a bigger bag). Care is clearly taken seriously when ordering with The Diamond Store. The ring itself is beautiful and matches my engagement so nicely. I could've done with a half size (I½) but that is a problem with my finger type (skinny in winter, swells during summer 😂) so not a problem with the ring itself.

I have no idea where my parcel is I have received no pin etc to collect my parcel from dpd shop What Am I supposed to do?
