I have made purchases with this company and with the purchase of an engagement ring I had to send it back to get the item re sized. I could not fault the aftercare. I was asked if I wanted the exact same ring re sized for sentimental reasons, or a simple exchange. That showed consideration and the ring was then altered and sent back without any issue at all. This attention to detail resulted in a further purchase.

Shipping great. Diamonds shiny and everything finished to a very high standard.

Great quality and service

I love my new ring!

I’ve been a customer of The Diamond Store for many years and I have always received a quality service, product and value for money jewellery item. The whole process of viewing, buying and receiving my item(s) has always been easy and safe, with frequent updates.

Easy online ordering, speedy shipping too and a great price. I've bought these for my wedding and they haven't disappointed. Absolutely beautiful earrings, thank you xx

Stunning 😍

It was fine a few hick-ups but all fine now.

Excellent service on the whole. Only let down was no communication when the delivery time changed after item was purchased. I had to query it.

Very good experience from start to finish.

Very dainty and pretty. Perfect for my sister in law’s 40th birthday gift.
