Professional I received next day

I placed my order, I was collecting from my post office. The form asks for a phone number, I put in my landline. Coms via email it said. Then got a message the day I was due to pick up saying that it won’t be there as the delivery company needs a mobile to work their system. Bit stressed as it was a present for the next day. Turns out they were wrong and didn’t read the order and that I was collecting from my local post office. It was there and I collected it. Form should say mobile number required for delivery to home address if thats the case. I don’t want to give my mobile out of it is not necessary.
