Item much smaller than anticipated

I was very pleased with the bracelet when it arrived. It came in beautiful packaging and the bracelet itself looked really lovely and well made. Unfortunately, I need to return it as the size is quite large and doesn't fit me properly. It's a shame because I really like the design. I will be exchanging it for a necklace instead and hope it will be a better fit. It would be great if there were an adjustment option available, as this would make it easier to achieve the perfect fit for different wrist sizes. Overall, I am very happy with the quality, presentation, and service, and I would definitely recommend this seller.
