First class service from placing order to a very prompt delivery . Delivery was by Dpd and delivered on time, very efficient and asked for the pin number before handing package over. The packaging was amazing, lots of thought has gone into this to make it such a pleasurable experience when you open it. Absolutely love my eternity ring. So sparkly and beautiful. I love that you have the option to pay off the amount over a longer time period than Clear pay and Klarna . It arrived so quickly- sooner that I expected as at time of order, it said that my size may need to made first. Hubby got this ring and its serves a dual purpose aside to recent weight loss, my engagement and wedding band are quite loose and now this gorgeous ring in in my current band size so keeps the others from falling off. Highly recommend the Diamond Store.

It was a painful experience. Ordered near a bank holiday which turned out to be a bad decision. The product was supposed to be delivered next day, from the point of order it took 6 days to arrive. The Ai responses are inaccurate and frustrating.
