With a name like Diamond store you could be forgiven for believing that they actually store stuff. They didn't store my two orders even though across their entire items for sale each item is labelled as delivered tomorrow. I cancelled one order when they informed me it would be 'handcrafted' and delivered within 14 to 21 days. But then I changed my mind and reordered, as an apology for messing them about I said send the 2 items together to save them postage costs. In the mean time I WhatsApp's them asking if the 2 items would be good as a set even though they're not sold as matching. Was told by the person they're working from home so cant answer, I asked can I ring the 'store' no sorry you cant no one would be able to see them! - for colour match etc. There followed many emails to and fro eventually I asked for the earrings to be sent alone before the necklace, they were now on back order- eventually they asked what day I'd like them because they are closing for the rest of the week, I said Thursday, on Friday they said delivery on Monday, on Saturday they arrived. A proper palaver but no big deal. The earrings are good though the colour of the Aquamarine is very weak, not as the photo shows, in certain light they are almost colourless. It's necessary to look closely in correct light to see the colour. The Diamond store are good at trying to be very customer focused in delivering service. Communications are good(apart from no telephone) as is their packaging. The problem is trust, if goods are shown as 'delivered tomorrow' it is very bad to be told their website isn't live so doesn't show stock control and will be 'handcrafted' delivered in 14 to 21 days - my necklace was delivered in 23 days. Time enough for it to be knocked out in China and posted, nothing wrong with that, most stuff is. It's a good retail business that carries minimal stock and gets away with it, few do. First class service from placing order to a very prompt delivery . Delivery was by Dpd and delivered on time, very efficient and asked for the pin number before handing package over. The packaging was amazing, lots of thought has gone into this to make it such a pleasurable experience when you open it. Absolutely love my eternity ring. So sparkly and beautiful. I love that you have the option to pay off the amount over a longer time period than Clear pay and Klarna . It arrived so quickly- sooner that I expected as at time of order, it said that my size may need to made first. Hubby got this ring and its serves a dual purpose aside to recent weight loss, my engagement and wedding band are quite loose and now this gorgeous ring in in my current band size so keeps the others from falling off. It was a painful experience. Ordered near a bank holiday which turned out to be a bad decision. The product was supposed to be delivered next day, from the point of order it took 6 days to arrive. The Ai responses are inaccurate and frustrating.
