How did I just find you?
This company is answer to my need!! I am very busy, but want to eat WHole30 complaint as much as possible because it makes me feel great! I love that the meals come frozen and keep for 6 months and all I have to do is put in microwave!! Portions are good and food is restaurant quality!! My home cooking doesn’t even taste this good. I am in LOVE.

OH... IT’S BETTER THAN GOOD
To say I’m obsessed with The Good Kitchen is an understatement. I just increased my meal count per week and am now using it for both lunch and dinner (14 meals). The meals are DELICIOUS, nutritious, and convenient. Like most people, i live a very busy lifestyle where cooking is not at the top of my desirable “to do” list. These meals have helped me stay healthy, fit, and satisfied. I’ve tried other meal prep services in the past and nothing else compares to the quality and taste of The Good Kitchen. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and care-free alternative to home cooked meals. The only criticism (if i would even call it that because the meals are so delicious) is that there are a lot of repeat items each week. More variety would be awesome so long as “quality control” remained as solid as it is with now.

They work for a while and then I fall back off and gain wait. To me, TGK was my answer to my problems with eating. These folks make delicious plates that are clean food, good for you, not corrupted with the things that are bad for our health. Their service is more than a customer deserves. Their support is priceless. And their prices are competitive and great. Their servings are perfect and I’ve been a customer for many years. I know that if I stay on the daily intake of TGK plates, I can maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce my weight issues. If you haven’t tried them, you MUST. None like them. After a death in my family, my colleagues wanted to do something special. The Good Kitchen couldn’t have been a better idea. If I had to prepare meals I wouldn’t eat, which I’ve been struggling with, but The Good Kitchen meals are perfect and I don’t have to force feed myself the food is clean, tasty, and portion appropriate.
