Meals are very tasty and healthy. Packaging is very well designed and the way the meals are sealed is very well thought out.

These meals are delicious! I typically NEVER use my microwave to cook, and I have a bias against microwaved meals. However, The Good Kitchen completely changed my mind. These meals are so full of FRESH, vibrant, delicious flavor. I was shocked! I could not believe such high quality food could be accessible this way. I definitely recommend.

I love a reliable healthy meal right from the freezer

I am enjoying all the meals I have tried, and the convenience of them being freshly made and then frozen is a big bonus. No high sodium to contend with. Just good food.

So happy I signed up for this meal subscription. It's holding me accountable to sticking to my whole30 goals and gives me more energy. The meals are delicious and I'm enjoying them so far.

It was lovely! The chicken and veggies were tender and it was seasoned to perfection. I think the key is the way they package the meal to use steam when reheating. The best thing is knowing I’m eating Whole 30 approved, clean and healthy food that tastes great!

I received a box that was damaged and missing a meal. I emailed customer service and they promptly resolved it. The food is excellent too!

Used the Good Kitchen during a month long diet change/challenge. The deliveries were timely and well-packaged. The meals themselves were honestly better than expected... not huge portions but ample and flavorful. They are basically frozen meals so I was initially thinking more along the lines of college days tv dinners- not even close, on a different (better) level. When our diet came to an end- it was easy to cancel. We will continue to order through Good Kitchen as these meals are so convenient, especially knowing they are a healthy option in a pinch.

I love the meals. They taste very good (some great!) and match with my diet plans. I've lost a bunch of weight already and feel great (as usual when I actually stick to Whole30, and this makes it easy!) I appreciate the recyclable packaging also, but what am I supposed to do with three massive cooling gel packs every week that I'm not supposed to throw away? Is there a means to recycle these? I've already modified one to use in my lunch bag, but what about all the others each week? Can I send them back? What's the plan here?

So far I'm thrilled with my subscription! The meals came on time and the packaging was outstanding. I love that the freezer packs were compostable and all the packaging material was recyclable. I haven't eaten all of my meals yet, but the ones that I have had have been delicious, so I'm sure the rest of them will be just as tasty! And while the packages may look small, all of the portions have been perfect and filling! I'm hoping this subscription will help me keep my diet on track during my weight loss journey.

I love that I made a really big order. Before going to bed I can move the next day's meals from the freezer into the refrigerator and pop them into my lunch bag the next morning. I'm very impressed with the packaging and how well the food warms. Wings are better in the oven, though.

Thanks for being cognizant of food allergies in your offerings. Would love to see the menu expanded for more options!

It was easy to order and my box delivered on time. I like that I can pick the type of meals I want - i.e. Whole 30. So far the meals have tasted good and are an adequate size.

We've become regular users of Good Kitchen meals when life gets too busy to spend time in the kitchen. It's wonderful to have a healthy option instead of standard poor American take-out. The beef bolognese with spaghetti squash is one of my favorite comfort foods!

I really enjoy your meals. I want to eat clean and I’m gluten and dairy free and there are so many delicious foods to meals to choose from. I Love that I can see all the ingredients before I select. If I have any questions you respond and you all are so friendly. Appreciate the service.
