Due to a delay at the shipper I got my shipment on Monday rather than Friday. Here’s the cool part. TGK sent me an email notifying me of the delay and let me know the delivery would be unusable. I didn’t have to reach out to them and argue to get a credit. They monitored the shipping process and had already identified there would be a problem. Kudos! Often you tell the most about a company by how they deal with problems. TGK dealt with this problem with flying colors! Thank you for being proactive and making things right!

The food is delicious.

Love Good Kitchen meals and being able to rest easy during busy seasons, knowing the food we’re eating is convenient and nutrient dense. In my recent order, one of the packages was open. Since I wasn’t sure how long it had been like that, I was unable to use the meal. This was disappointing. Otherwise, no issues with tgk!

Meals actually showed up cold and almost frozen! Meals themselves.... I've had about 50 different recipes in the last year! GOOD!

I enjoy the meals. There is enough variety in calories and ingredients to prevent boredom. Its easy to order or skip weeks. I have always had great service.

I wish I had found TGK sooner! I am loving the tasty, allergen appropriate meals. The convenience is very welcome much better than the food prepping nightmare expense and mess.

All of the meals are delicious and full of protein. Love that they are not made with unhealthy oils!

My husband and I are blown away by The Good Kitchen! The meals really taste as if they were made in my very own kitchen. The meals are by far THE BEST meal prep mail based meals we have ever had. We thought we hit the gold mine while you guys were partnered with Brady but OMG!!!!! These meals are amazing. First order we tried 12 meals and our second week we ordered 20 meals! They are that amazing! You guys have really hit it out of the park with these meals. Please for the love of God do NOT change the way you prepare the meals. The flavors and pairings are just phenomenal. I can calculate my macros with ease. I don’t have to worry about my picky 3 yr old toddler with autism who doesn’t eat much of a variety. However, The Good Kitchen has changed all of that for us. Our son eats these meals as if he was born to eat just this. I’m not worried about him getting his veggies and protein. I can’t say any more. I recently signed up and whoever the chef is should be called “The God of Food”! The Beef Taco has just the right amount of seasoning, not too spicy. The Shredded Beef … I could eat this one every day. And the Beef Bolognese is the best I’ve ever had… not too much tomato and a medley of intricate spices…actually better than the Italian restaurant I will no longer be getting takeout from!

I live a Paleo lifestyle because of gut issues. Usually I just cook because I know what is in the food and that I will feel good after I eat it. Having a company that makes meals like I cooked them is huge. Sometimes life just gets crazy busy and having meals I can just pull out, eat and know that I can eat them without a problem is wonderful. I recommend this company and these meals highly.

I recently began chemo, and I thought trying the "Good Kitchen" would be able to help me not to worry about what we would eat or having the energy to put it together. I've been eating this delicious food and it only takes us five minutes to cook it. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be fed by the Good Kitchen!

These meals are AWESOME!

The Good Kitchen’s pre-made meals are a lifesaver! They’re delivered in a perfectly insulated box keeping everything fresh during the shipping process. It’s so easy to pop the meals right into the freezer, and have a quick, tasty, healthy meal ready in under 5 minutes- with just the use of a microwave!

I am so grateful for these meals. They were delicious and nutritious and super convenient. When I was pregnant and battling nausea and all-day sickness, I felt so much better if I could get one of these meals in knowing they would be tasty and packed with good stuff.

I’m really impressed with the tastiness of the meals (only one so far I was so-so about), environmentally friendly packaging (my two littles like to “water” our trees with the ice/gel packs), and how easily I can have a healthy meal fast. I’m eating healthier without spending a lot of time I don’t have to spare, along with spending less at the grocery store. Yes, I know these meals are not inexpensive but you get what you pay for and I’m prioritizing my health. I order 20 meals every 2 weeks. My goal is to have have a protein smoothie or 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, then lunch and dinner with TGK Whole30 approved meals on week days. That’s what I needed and glad to have found it!

Love these meals and the delivery right to my door! I'm a holisitic nutritionist and really value high quality food, but also value my time. The Good Kitchen allows me to have both! Their meals come in handy on busy days when I just don't have the enegery to cook. Thanks TGK!
