Even though I am not currently going into work, I still love getting my meals from The Good Kitchen. They are delicious and incorporate a variety of flavor profiles, they fit my dietary preferences, and are fresh. I also love supporting this company because of their great product, beliefs, and customer support. I cannot say enough wonderful things about TGK!

I recently had surgery and was was not able to cook for myself and my husband. My son’s friends gave us a gift subscription. The meals are healthy and tasty. It was a much appreciated gift.

So far, every meal I've tried has been so delicious! I love that I can pronounce EVERY ingredient. Did the one time order so we could try a variety of recipes, determine what we like. As of today, the jerk chicken with pineapple cauliflower rice and the roasted chicken with artichokes are my FAVORITES.

I love the transparency in the ingredients and how helpful the choices have been to help me stick to my plan. Also, the food is delicious!

Delicious and nutritious. Arrived quickly. Easily stored and reheated. Only downside is the packaging waste. Wish that could become more earth - friendly. Otherwise, well worth it!

Growing up, Shepherd’s Pie was my favorite meal…we sure did eat a lot of ground chuck growing up. Now, I am (basically) a vegan, so to have this delicious trip down memory lane was awesome. Hate to say it - but it’s better than mom used to make!

I love that I can have options on how many weeks or months I want. Some places require multiple weeks or months. I also like the option of the a la carte menu.

My best friend started this subscription for my mom after my dad passed away last year. It was a godsend from the start. My mom didn’t have to worry what she would need to make for dinner and she absolutely loves all of the meals she’s had! The added bonus has been that my mom’s gastrointestinal health issues have also improved immensely since starting these meals. The one thing I do wish is to that you had more mild choices that are not spicy. But I’m still giving it 5 stars because of the outstanding quality, customer service and knowing my mom is getting a healthy and nutritious meal everyday!

After trying “The Good Kitchen” I’ll never go back to meal delivery kits. The quality of the meals is outstanding. Each entrée would easily cost $25 at a restaurant. I get a variety of international cuisine to choose from which is ready in three minutes... No prep time or clean up required. Try “The Good Kitchen” you will not be disappointed!

I normally don't like hamburgers, but these are different. The texture and flavor are amazing. My whole family loves them.

With the exception of a few meals everything has tasted great and the quality has been outstanding. When I grab a meal to take to work I don't have to look at the nutritional information because it's already fitted to my diet (Whole 30). I think the price is reasonable and you can't beat the convenience.

I keep to a strict diet to ensure my health needs are met as I'm getting a bit older. The diversity of recipes and convenience of The Good Kitchen really surprised me with how many options fall within my standards. Even more so it helps maintain good eating habits and keeps my diet more interesting than boring nutrient mash or nasy meal replacement drinks.

I Love the Good Kitchen! The meals were delicious, low carb, and compliaint with my epilepsy diet. They were perfect for "spicing" up my meals since I'm not much of a cook. I stopped ordering for 2 reasons, the fat content was kinda high and was causing some bloating and discomfort, and I ordered so many meals I was getting tired of eating the same thing. I would absolutely recommend The Good Kitchen to others and I would consider it again.

We enjoy the concept of eating healthy and convenient food. Some of the meals are excellent and a few are just ok. Our suggestion is to try everything and then modify your standing order to the things you really like. Overall, we are happy with the meal quality, service, and convenience. Thanks!

If you’re like me, you’re too busy to cook and don’t have time to spend hours meal planning. These meals are delicious and good for you. So easy to have in the freezer. I highly recommend Good Kitchen!
