Intu service has been exceptional in all aspects, communication and speed of service

Ordered from Intu a few times now and have always had excellent service. Asked for advice and the lady in customer services was lovely. Would recommend.

Got this for my peace of mind as it wasn’t that expensive .

I had a Hayco kettle tap and had to replace it . I looked around and looked into it deeply as I am a plumber myself . I have to say this unit is well made looks great . I was worried that it wasn’t a 100oc true boiling tap as my old one was . I have to say it isn’t much different and the hot drinks are no different . Would recommend this tap .

As you already know it’s a minefield trying to search and find a boiling tap and they vary so much in price. After a few days of comparing different taps I called INTU. They answered all my questions very professionally which gave me the confidence to purchase one of their taps. The tap was easy to install if you are a confident DIYer. I have now had the tap two years and it’s been fantastic, the quality is second to none using British components and made in Britain not like some cheaper products from abroad. The tap is still like new and works perfectly everyday. So if you are looking for a boiling tap at a very reasonable price you can’t go wrong purchasing a INTU tap.

Great tap. I was really impressed when my tap arrived, it is really good quality. I spoke with David at the head office who was so helpful and even called me back to see how the fitting went. Highly recommend.
