We’re pleased with our Intu tap which we bought in March 2022. We have since upgraded the filter system to the new design. However, due to arthritis, we don’t find using the button to turn on the boiling water, very easy. We wish it was another lever. My mother has one which has a lever and it’s much better to use. Also there isn’t a proper mixer option - it’s either hot or cold, with varying degrees of pressure on the cold section. Hot tap takes ages to come through, but that could be down to our water system. Hot also is very low pressure. We’ve got used to our tap now, and given how much they cost, we won’t be changing it any time soon. But having seen friends boiling water taps, I wish we’d paid a bit more and got a better tap.

Just replaced my existing filter with the New Deluxe Pro . Very simple to do , watched the online video . Product looks and feels great quality.

We now have a excellent Asprey 3 in 1 tap installed in our kitchen . Dave and Jed made us feel welcome at their showroom and were more than happy to answer our layman term questions . Now over to Emma and Matt . Emma kept in contact with us about fitting schedules and when Matt turned up to fit the tap , the installation was completed with no problems what so ever . PS .... At first we had picked a 4 in 1 tap with pull down nozzle . But unfortunately ( At no ones fault though ) it became obvious that the plumbing and waste pipe under our sink would impact with the pull down nozzle counter weight . Overall though we are very happy with our new kitchen tap and customer service by all involved .

Been after one of these for a while and having done some research i opted for Intu. When i contacted the office i was given straight forward advice on which model to buy. Delivered quickly and my plumber was so impressed by the quality and ease of installation.

We bought the nexus tap and it looks and feels fantastic, I’m not the best at DIY but managed to fit it using the online videos and installation instructions, I also had little help and direction from David at INTU. The customer service is absolutely brilliant and I would 100% recommend INTU to anyone wanting to upgrade to an instant hot water tap. 5***

Delay on delivery of pro filter. Not kept updated. Received email saying order complete but still no filter. Apart from that tap ok.

Had them for 3 years now and would never go back to a kettle ever. Also very good customer service, I probably spoke 3 or 4 times to them and got the Owner nearly every time, who was gracious enough to talk me through it 😄

We bought an under-sink boiler and tap last year . The installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow and included everything you needed to know . Also the on-line videos are first class. David talks you through whilst showing you what you have to do in a very clear and concise manner . Owing to living in a very hard water area , we spoke to David about this and he suggested we get the uprated filter , which we did . Again the fitting instructions and video were so easy to follow.

Replacement Filters needed and contacted Intu directly as not able to find independently online -query answered quickly with follow up also - new filters purchased with next day delivery - thank you

Well I replaced the old filter with the new stile one and I am very pleased with the product. Easy to install and looks good.

I think they are a bit pricy (£33 for a subscription every 4/6 months) but the product and delivery are great.

The tap itself is amazing. And the customer service used to be brilliant when Katy was there. I was informed however that Katy left, and since then, every phone call and email has gone unanswered. As it stands now, I would never had ordered from them nor would I reccomend them. It's a shame as their product is so good and their service was so good - but they seem to have let the customer service go, so it's now a bit risky to buy such an expensive item with zero customer service.
