Setting up the subscription was quick and easy as is all correspondence with INTU.

We love our Intu tap and the team are so helpful. We had a bleeping sound coming from the tap and couldnt locate the handbook, we called the team and got an immediate answer and solution to the problem which was just user error. The team are friendly, knowledgable and happy to help. Many thanks

I found it easy to fit using the videos, although removing one of the old connectors was a bit tricky. The filter seems much better, and the water actually tastes better

Recently updated to the new Pro Filter. The conversion from my old filter was very simple with the included conversion parts. The associated video is really clear and helpful. Thanks INTU.

Excellent tap and hot water although not boiling is plenty hot enough for cups of tea and speeding up cooking. As a competent diy'er I fitted this myself but would suggest that a plumber be used who would probably have accomplished the removal of my old tap and fitting of the t piece and plumbing aspects for the new tap in considerably less time than it took me. The none plumbing aspects were very straightforward and easy to follow the installation video. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

I have wanted one of these taps for years. Why did I wait ! I would never want to go back to a kettle, filter jug etc. ever again. This tap, filter and boiler are very good quality, well made. The customer service is excellent, what more could you ask for.

Good service from user experience but after changing filter and resetting unit as per instructions, we have a constant daily alert to change the filter, although brand new.

I bought the Intu Boiler tap back in April 23 and didn't have it fitted until recently, Oct 23. The build quality can't be doubted, it is very good. There was no pressure when first installed, and Intu (Dave) were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue over the phone and then promptly sending a boiler replacement. I've been using the tap now for 2 weeks but I haven't given up my kettle which I was expecting to do. I find the delay in dispensing the boiling water some what annoying, it take 2 seconds before the water dispenses, it's not instantaneous as with a tap lever and after releasing the boiler control button the water continues to dispense for a second or so, I can't move away the cup until the water stops dispensing. I have to make sure I release the button before the desired amount of water to allow for the overflow, this is not what I expected either. I use a instant boiler tap at work and the response is instance hence I am disappointed. The one at my workplace operates just like a normal tap, instance control. I find the boiler button function quite hard to hold to, I can't see me be able to use this when I am older and weaker. My mum struggled with it, she is in her late 70's, she couldn't press down the button. I note the same comment from another customer. As I said the service from Intu can't be faulted, Dave really is helpful. I really wanted to give only positive comments hence I left it a couple of weeks since I first started using the tap but unfortunately this is not the case.

When there was a problem with the tap I ordered, David was on video call immediately to try to resolve it. When this wasn't possible he sent me an upgraded tap free of charge as he didn't have the replacement part. It was with me the next day. The customer service has been nothing short of excellent and the tap is brilliant. Looks great and works perfectly ! All my visitors are very jealous! Thank you David and Intu. Ben, London.

Bought this to replace the earlier filter supplied with my Intu 4 in 1 boiler tap. Very easy to fit. Took less than 10 minutes to swap them over. Excellent next day delivery as always from Intu. Good value product supplying very good fresh water with no horrible tastes.

I Purchased a 4-1 tap from Intu expecting it to be good based on online videos from Intu. When the product arrived, there was no instruction to install the chiller, I had to look online to find the instruction however this was piped up differently to how was shown on the video online, Then when fitting the tap, there was a gold loose plate to go between the tap & the worktop, this had a lip on it which needs to go on the inside edge of the tap, this didn't fit, it was to big for the tap and was unable to install. Also when it came to connect the Chiller they had sent 2No. reducing fittings from 10mm-6mm but there is no 10mm pipe, these need to be 6mm-6mm connectors, so I have had to order some more of amazon as cannot get in touch with Intu on the phone it just says they are unavailable. All in all not a great service & product so very disappointed and I'm left with a tap that I cannot fit & £770.00 down along with 1/2 a days plumbers costs. Wouldn't recommend this company.
