Great company and great product
We looked at many different products before selecting Intu. They won us over with their knowledge and understanding of our needs and helped us pick the right tap for us. The after sales service is also first class and the team are always available to answer any questions we may have. We would recommend them in a heart beat.

We notified INTU of a fault with our boiling tap after 10 months use. David responded quickly and provided ongoing support to rectify the issue which now seems to be fixed.

Super easy to fit
Had a fear of changing my filter unit to the new upgrade. Thought it had the wrong connections as mine were different. But spoke to David via email, he sent over a video showing me how to fit the new filter unit and add the new connectors. This made it super easy to change. The video was very simple to follow. I am so pleased with myself as I changed it in 30 minutes. Feeling like a female Plummer now. Who needs a man when you have a simply explained video to watch! I love my boiling water tap, I can no longer hold a kettle, it’s so much easier to just turn the tap on to make tea, gravy, jelly etc

Ever since we had our hot water tap we have never looked back. It's become time for the first filter replacement and it arrived the next day. Changing is simple. You need to give the existing one a bit of a wiggle to get it out. But that's a plus point. You know it's well-sealed! The new one went in, the supply tap opened and away we went. Beautifully simple. As always, first class service!

New Filter
Was shocked to find we needed a new filter and fitting however no problem. Intu gave us a voucher for the kit and filter with fitting kit arrived the next day. My husband was a little nervous but was helped and reassured by a quick phone call to intu. New filter is working perfectly. We just needed to remember to switch the boiler back on!

I have had my 3-1 Instant Water tap for 18 months which has been excellent and Ive had no problems. Had an issue ( my own fault for not reading instructions properly for filter replacement ) and I called and spoke to David who was excellent. He talked me through how to reset my unit and gave me some advice on descaling and ordered my replacement filters for me.

The filtering works superbly well. The water tastes great and all hints of chlorine have been removed. Excellent.

So far we're loving the Nexus 4 in 1 tap. It looks great and feels like a quality product. The instant boiling water function is seamless and really speeds up the brewing up process! Previously I didn't drink the tap water here as it tasted so chlorinated - that is no longer an issue as the filtering works so well. I'm drinking more water than ever. We're only a couple of weeks in, but so far the tap has been excellent and I would enthusiastically recommend!

This company is shocking. We have an issue with out hot water tap, tried to speak to someone and we get ignored. Emailed about a month ago as the red light is on and flashing and as of yet no response. Sent a follow up email and still nothing. What we have is not fit for purpose and the customer service is beyond shocking. Let's see how long the review stays up before they take it down. Funny how they say 5* on reviews but this is not what trustpilot says. Company is a joke!
