Boots were shipped on time and arrived without damage. One of the boots did not fit properly and is currently waiting to see if I can return them.

I wish I had seen that I picked having to sign for them because I had to out of my way to go pick them up because I was not home when they tried to deliver them. My fault should have looked closer to print when ordering.

Light, rugged, waterproof and comfortable. Can't ask for more! And it got delivered 3 days ahead of schedule. Runs a bit big and wide. I recommend going down by 1/2 size from other footwear. I got a 10 and most my other shoes are 10 1/2. Very happy with that purchase!

Real nice, didn’t come with invoice receipt, not very savvy with ordering perhaps I can’t download.

Lors de la communication par courriel, les délai réponses sont acceptable et ils réponde au courriel. Mais cette été il a un courriel qu'ils n'ont pas répondu. Lors de la communication, je tentais d'expliqué a l'agent que les lacets choix étaient beaucouo trop long (plus 20 pouces de dépaccement chaque lacet). Au lieu d'avouer le problème et d'en faire par au concepteur pour tenter d'amélioré la situation. Il me répondait que c'était normal et il semblait rien affaire. J'ai trouvé cela dommage qu'il ne soit pas ouvert au commentaire d'amélioration.

The boots I've received are well made, 2nd pair purchasing, and as long as they make the boot I will repurchase. First time directly ordering from the company and it was a good experience. I recommend them!

I had mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address and Terra ended up helping get that corrected and got me the boots I ordered very quickly
