It was easy to order the mattress and didn't take long for delivery.There was an instruction, so it was easy to put it on the bedframe from the box.

The mattress arrived quicker than expected, especially with all the shipping delays due to the cyclone. Lovely customer service, such quick response and just filled with kindness. Can’t wait to purchase from teddybeds again!

Initially I was on a cautious side because TeddyBed appeared to be relatively new to the business. However, both website and their customer service was so thorough and attentive that it sorted my hesitation. It is a little bit too early to tell how long the junior mattress will last.
