Stylish and simple bed. My 3yo daughter loves her new bed and we love the peace of mind the TeddyDen brings having two versatile bed heights. The guard rail has come in handy and gives her some added comfort. Highly recommended! From a customer service perspective, the bed as delivered within the time frame. I received a call on the day of delivery advising me of a windows to which I was not available so they were kind enough to shift the time to earlier in the day. My only gripe was that the driver left the packages at the front, rang the doorbell and returned to their truck, without helping to bring the items inside.

Our six-year-old and two-year-old are absolutely over the moon with their new Teddy Beds! It’s the first time we’ve successfully had them sleeping in their own room all night, which has been wonderful. Our youngest feels safe and secure with the side barrier, while our six-year-old is especially excited to have friends sleep over on her Teddy trundle. The soft, cosy frames make the beds feel so inviting, and they look beautiful too.

Easy to purchase and good customer service. I was notified that there was going to be a delay in shipping. I was also offered to switch to another mattress if I wanted immediate delivery. We weren't in a hurry, so I let them know I was happy to wait for the predicted delivery time. However, I was called and emailed asking the same question 3 or 4 weeks in a row despite the predicted delivery time remaining the same. I appreciate the updates, but I didn't need to be contacted so many times if the delivery situation had not changed.

Couldn’t be more thrilled with our teddy bed and mattress. So comfortable, gorgeous to look at and easy to put together. Incredible service. We love it. My son is so happy with it and I’m happy sleeping in it when is often required 😆

Ordering was easy and delivery was made to North QLD in 7 days. Absolutely impressed with the whole experience.

Got a phone call a couple of hours before delivery. Had to scramble to get someone to my house to receive it. Someone should call at least the day before to make arrangements - I was nearly stuck as was told it couldn’t be rescheduled and rain forecast. Not a good experience. You have a great concept but need to improve customer experience and finish quality of your product.

We brought the double size for our 6 month old as she breastfeeds to sleep. It is firm enough for her but comfortable enough for me while I feed her. Great bed and will be used for our guest when they are staying. Will be used for many many years

Despite all communication being via email, the experience felt genuinely personalised and caring. When the bed arrived, it completely exceeded our expectations. Daniel, the creator, has so clearly considered every single element of this product. The design is thoughtful, practical, and beautifully made. It is not only perfect as a toddler bed, but something that will genuinely grow with our child well into their teenage years. The quality is outstanding, delivery was prompt and seamless, and the added bonus of being able to comfortably co-sleep on those rough nights has already been invaluable. Supporting a small business was really important to me, and I’m so glad we chose Teddy Bed. This purchase was everything I could have hoped for and more.
