I was able to speak to the supplier to receive advice about the product. He was happy to reschedule the delivery date for me too. Delivery was quick & efficient. I highly recommend this product.

Amazing customer service, prompt delivery and most importantly, our grandson absolutely loves his new big boy bed!! It is so well made and easy to assemble.

The mattress is great! We are using the firm side at the moment also for co-sleeping and it’s comfortable for everyone. We’ll have it for a long time. Only downside is that since it is the standard thickness of spring mattresses it increases the height of the teddy bed. Would have loved to have the mattress sitting lower in the bed. A thinner mattress would not give the same options.

Really great, love the bed and the mattress. Although, the personalised book was missing (this didn't detract from how happy we were with the bed and delivery time etc).

We put out bed and mattress together today. Very easy to put together and feels very solid. Very happy with the product. Did arrive with a couple scratches and dents but that appears to be caused during shipping and wasn't a big deal as far as we're concerned.

Excellent service

We purchased the bed and got told it wasn't going to be delivered till late September due to stock issues (that's fine). We were told new stock would be arriving first week of October. At the start of the 2nd week of October we reached out and got told there was a delay. I then saw on social media you were running ads saying you had more stock ready to send before we even had a confirmed date for dispatch/delivery. I had to chase you for updates every time, and everytime I did there were push backs. You didn't manage my expectations here very well at all and it wouldn't have been a very heavy lift to do so. The product is great and our toddler loves it, the customer service is only okay.

Just assembled my daughters first 'big girl' bed and it looks amazing. It was easy to assemble and the mattress is very comfy. Really love the adaptable options - side rail/headboard, flippable bed base, flippable mattress. This bed is a great investment and my daughter will have years of use from it. Thank you :)
