Delivery was super quick given it was a preorder The delivery man helped bring it all the way into my backyard So easy to set up and assemble and was done within 15 minutes!

I waited months for the bed and mattress to be delivered. Due to shipping delays etc the delivery kept on being pushed back.

Great mattress, although it is quite firm (even on the medium/firm side). As we partially co-sleep, we will be looking at putting a mattress topper on. Customer service was quick to resolve our issues.

My 3 year old son loves his new big bed, especially the soft fabric is great so even if he bumps his body on the bed it is soft and won't leave a bruise like it would if it was a wooden bed! We love it so much!!

A well designed bed that my daughter loves! The teddy-bed is so soft and makes my daughter love sleep time more than she ever has! We had an issue with shipping but Teddy went out of their way to remedy it. Love!

Delivery is very fast and next day for our metro location. Although I was a bit confused with dispatch time as I thought it would be dispatched a little sooner. This being said, I called up to get clarification and the lady on the other line said the exact date it was delivered on so I have no complaints!

We got the Teddy Lux Mattress & Teddy Monti Base. Delivery was quick and the assembly was easy. Love the low set design which can be flipped as your child grows. The mattress is light weight and comfortable also love this grows with the child and the level of firmness can be changed. Would highly recommend these products
