I like talking to people and my experience with Taylor provides that. I got the parts within a week but one piece was wrong, I sent an email and was called to confim the problem and solution. I like that I was called. Haven't got the replacement part yet but I am sure it will be here soon. I requested an update. Let me tell you again that I really like being able to talk with a person rather than listing to a list and choosing an option that leads to choosing another option until frustration sets in.
