I purchase a cattleman 44 mag revolver. When I got the revolver home, I noticed a blemish on the blueing of the barrel. I was frustrated and went to the local gun store and they said there was nothing they could do. I emailed Taylor's Firearm with the issue and the provided me a warranty return number, packing slip, and replaced the barrel at no cost. I had to fill out some information and answer some questions, but once agreed upon, it was all handled with relative ease. I very much appreciated there willingness to help the customer.
