Can't fault the staff, they were wonderful and very helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is their online shop failed and my order had to be processed manually (which the staff did very well). I would also like to see them accept PayPal payments. An issue completely beyond their control is the ridiculous price of postage from USA to Australia and the exchange rate which meant I had to pay almost $200 for less than $50 worth of parts, but that's not their fault. I'm grateful to have them.
