Natanya Elkins' expertise was very helpful determining that my Pietta black powder pistol is an older model (pre-1996) from the proof stamps on the receiver. This explained why the new style screws were not fitting correctly. She contacted Pietta directly to verify the exact size screws (M4/0. 7mm) needed to fit my pistol. Excellent customer service.

Excellent delivery time.

This one exceeded my expectations! The Taylor Tuning and the lowered hammer really helped. I have arthritis and the recoil from modern DA revolvers and semi-autos hit my hand in the wrong place. Even with heavier loads, the grip shape puts the recoil in the right place in my hand and the lowered hammer makes it easier to cock. I couldn't improve it if I tried.
