I had a broken bolt in my Uberti revolver. I thought it was a Lightning, and ordered the bolt for a lightning. Turns out, I had a Thunderer?! After finding out my mistake, I called Taylor's back and they sent out the correct part the same day. They emailed an RMA for the return and did NOT charge a restocking fee! Credit was issued the next day. Just great service all the way around!! I'm sorry i did not get the young ladies' name who helped me, but she was awesome!!
