I’m not happy the size un accurate

** Very disappointed ** I was really looking forward to these shoes, but unfortunately, they arrived stained, with a large yellow mark and blue pen ink. To make matters worse, they run small, and there was no sizing warning on the website. I’ve reached out to customer support three times and haven’t received any response. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

After sending back shoes that were too small, I’m still waiting for my shoes to arrive.

Easy to understand the return process, but it costs 10. 00 to try on a shoe and discover it won't fit your feet

Shoes are good for dancing for sure. I think the laces are kind of lame, so I would buy your own. Shipping experience was intense, wish they would just say it can take 2 months to get your shoes. I'd buy again. It's rare to have such a consistent attachment to the floor that also is safe to wear outdoors.

Unable to get responses to questions about order received. Tried first through email then after days tried through sms. Gave up, initiated exchange, and immediately took shoes to post. However, now I have no indication of when to expect replacement, no way to confirm it will be quick ship (picked color based on getting that), and now no way to know if I need to order from different company to have shoes in time for when need them or what. 😔

I was trying a new style of shoe that didn’t quite fit me. I purchased a white urbano that shipped from the US and a grey floral urbano from Brazil. Staff helped me with an exchange and made sure that the shoe from Brazil was updated to the new size that fit me.

These shoes are amazing! I’ve worn them to line dance and feel like I can spin and move more freely than my regular shoes. I’m not a boot wearer, so these are the perfect solution!

Terrible! Don't buy from them. No customer service. Contacted them three times with no response! Wanting to return the items which has a time limit. Guess I'll dispute through the bank. Anyway don't bother with this company!

Paid for expedited delivery, it immediately got postponed for a week, and it's still not here. Constant delays.

I love my Taygra shoes for dancing - I recommend them to dance friends - Canadian dollars - free shipping and returns is what sealed my orders - I have 2 pairs of mid-top dancas and a pair of bi-boots too - I'm not done shopping - love all the options and colours.

The shoes are overpriced for the cheap construction that they show. The material looks as if it was cut by children (?). I am only keeping them because I needed the shoes.
