Ran small, hoping I can stretch them out

Buying these shoes was easy. However the shoe dont stand up to the promise.

I submitted a return and exchange and sent several messages to customer support and have still not received a refund and exchange

dance shoes need to fit snugly or you can injur yourself. you guys should really offer all sizes and not combine 9 & 9. 5 and 10 & 10. 5, etc. and short of that, you need to offer better sizing information/guidance. it took a week for you to respond to one of my messages

I have enailed your company several times and have yet to hear back. I never received my package.

Customer service is unresponsive through email

Promptly emailed them using the email they specified for help when we received our shoes (wanting to exchange for a larger size), still have not heard back despite using multiple methods of contact.

They told me shoes would wide and would stretch. They didn't fit me. I returned them and was charged shipping plus $5 restocking fee. No thanks. I'll shop elsewhere

I’m not happy the size un accurate

** Very disappointed ** I was really looking forward to these shoes, but unfortunately, they arrived stained, with a large yellow mark and blue pen ink. To make matters worse, they run small, and there was no sizing warning on the website. I’ve reached out to customer support three times and haven’t received any response. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

After sending back shoes that were too small, I’m still waiting for my shoes to arrive.

Easy to understand the return process, but it costs 10. 00 to try on a shoe and discover it won't fit your feet

Shoes are good for dancing for sure. I think the laces are kind of lame, so I would buy your own. Shipping experience was intense, wish they would just say it can take 2 months to get your shoes. I'd buy again. It's rare to have such a consistent attachment to the floor that also is safe to wear outdoors.

Unable to get responses to questions about order received. Tried first through email then after days tried through sms. Gave up, initiated exchange, and immediately took shoes to post. However, now I have no indication of when to expect replacement, no way to confirm it will be quick ship (picked color based on getting that), and now no way to know if I need to order from different company to have shoes in time for when need them or what. 😔

I was trying a new style of shoe that didn’t quite fit me. I purchased a white urbano that shipped from the US and a grey floral urbano from Brazil. Staff helped me with an exchange and made sure that the shoe from Brazil was updated to the new size that fit me.
