My shoes took forever to arrive - in the meantime I tried to contact support a couple times requesting a change in the order. Understand if not possible, but never receive da response back. Now the shoes arrived and they are not the same - I cannot lace up on the side on one of the shoes. Will be requesting a refund.

People were friendly, but the advice was bad. I ordered the size based on the advice and it was way too small. Furthermore return could be made way more convenient. Disappointment

The shoes are too big, so I'm returning them.

I am pretty disappointed that the shoes didn't come with any laces and that it wasn't made clear that this is the case

I placed an order in August, received my shoes in October. Tried to communicate several times got only one answer. I would never buy shoes from the company again. My advice to whoever wants to buy shoes here- don’t waste your time.

I didn’t realize the order would take over a month to receive. Letting the customer know ahead of time is a good idea. Looking forward to getting my order. I haven’t received it as of yet.

Very terrible experience. Shoes received are to small, I applied for exchange, but no one want or can help me with obtaining correct GLS link to get return label. I ask several times by email, but didn't receive any working link after 11 days of waiting. I would send even on my cost, but don't know at which address, no return form was attached. Looks like scam company.

I bought my first pair of Taygra Corridas at the end of 2024 for tango dancing, and now that's all I ever wear! My feet and heart are so happy!

I received my order on Oct 4, and the size seems to be a bit big. I emailed customer service requesting for an exchange and no answer. I've sent a follow-up email on Oct 7 and still no answer. Today is Oct 9, and have yet to receive a response.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size (mens instead of womens), which is easy to do because how the website is designed. Really hard to get any answers from customer service. Do not recommend buying from this company.

I strongly advise against buying from Taygra. I bought two pairs of their dance sneakers and both fell apart in less than six months, even though I only used them about twice a month. When I contacted support, they first agreed to replace them, but then completely stopped answering my messages. This is not only poor product quality but also terrible customer service. It’s shocking that a company selling dance shoes delivers products that wear out so fast and then ignores customers when there’s a problem. Save your money and look elsewhere
