Literally got what I wanted, and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected!

Very terrible experience. Shoes received are to small, I applied for exchange, but no one want or can help me with obtaining correct GLS link to get return label. I ask several times by email, but didn't receive any working link after 11 days of waiting. I would send even on my cost, but don't know at which address, no return form was attached. Looks like scam company.

I bought my first pair of Taygra Corridas at the end of 2024 for tango dancing, and now that's all I ever wear! My feet and heart are so happy!

I received my order on Oct 4, and the size seems to be a bit big. I emailed customer service requesting for an exchange and no answer. I've sent a follow-up email on Oct 7 and still no answer. Today is Oct 9, and have yet to receive a response.

I already own one before & I reordered (in different color) because it’s amazing! I wore my newly ordered Taygra in Zumba class & it already caught attention from my fellow students. It’s so comfy & I will order more in different color

I ordered a pair of Tagra sneakers (women's size) for dancing and a Men's shoe was mailed to me. Shoes were returned back to you.

First pair of dance shoes, and they are amazing.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size (mens instead of womens), which is easy to do because how the website is designed. Really hard to get any answers from customer service. Do not recommend buying from this company.

I strongly advise against buying from Taygra. I bought two pairs of their dance sneakers and both fell apart in less than six months, even though I only used them about twice a month. When I contacted support, they first agreed to replace them, but then completely stopped answering my messages. This is not only poor product quality but also terrible customer service. It’s shocking that a company selling dance shoes delivers products that wear out so fast and then ignores customers when there’s a problem. Save your money and look elsewhere

I was impressed with the level of communication through the entire logistics process. As someone who works in e-commerce I thought that y'all have a great customer communication line. I absolutely love the shoes that I ordered but unfortunately there are half size too small and I don't want to wait through the process of returning and waiting for another pair to come though I absolutely love the look and feel.

The shipping was really quick and it came really well packaged. I love that. It came with extra inserts to switch out a bag to carry them in.

Taygra has been great to deal with. I had to exchange a pair of shoes that were too small, and the process was straight forward and they communicated very well throughout the process.

It took a little over a month, month and a half to get my shoes. I also did not receive the dust bag they typically come with. However I do love my shoes and they are my new go to dance shoes!

Delighted with my Taygras. Stunning, comfy, great spins. Perfect for west coast swing.
