Wonderful shoes! Took a while to get here, but worth the wait!

Although it took a while to get the shoes the customer services was very responsive, the shoes look great, are comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you!

The shoes took a couple of months to arrive, but the company keeps in communication via emails, so that was fine. They are so comfortable. Love the color!

Ordering the shoes was easy, took a long time to get them but was told it would be when I ordered them. At delivery ,both shoes ordered in exactly the same size, one was the size ordered (runs very small) and the other about 2 inches longer, it was a huge size, so obvious to all. I returned one pair, the sheet they sent me charged 2 different fees for the return, I sent a note saying there should be no fees, answer from agent said the fees were removed. My money has not been returned to my account yet, they said a few days more, we will see.

Ma simt foarte bine cu acești Taygra în picioare, sunt foarte ușori și flexibili și lasă pielea sa respire foarte bine. Totuși nu aluneca atât de tare cum as fi crezut și cum am citit în review-uri. Pentru wcs, ca și follower simt nevoia sa alunec mai tare la rotații și piruete. Am observat însă ca depinde foarte mult și suprafața de alunecat, pe anumite suprafețe glisează mai bine decât pe altele. De asemenea, după mai multe purtări par sa alunece un pic mai mult.

customer service response is by AI and frustrating because it gives you standard answers and does not respond to one’s specific concerns. Humans seem to be too busy or MIA. Still waiting (after 3 days ) for response.

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 9 juin. J'ai payé pour une livraison rapide (via UPS) mais toujours rien après 12 jours :( J'ai bien hâte de recevoir ma commande!
