I want to exchange for a bigger size, but it is impossible on the site. No response with chat, no reaction to email

Tool way too long to get here. I ordered them back in September or October. . . and they got here late last week.

I had an issue with the shoes so I emailed them they responded and asked for a picture of what was wrong with the shoe. I gave them a picture and video and I still haven’t got a response back of how we can resolve this issue.

I ordered for 2 pairs of shoes and delivered only 1. I emailed Taygra and not providing an update for the missing item. I tried to look for their contact information for me to call but not available on their website. Taygra should reimburse me for an undelivered item. Not highly recommended.

I didn't receive my shoes, can't track them, wrote a lot of mails and nobody is answering me.

I ordered a pair of shoes under the quick ship in Dec. 23. However they have not shipped yet. I understand there were 3 stat holidays in this time. Hoping they ship soon. But since you sent me. this review, you are assuming I've received the shoes.

I waited more than a month to get my shoes and when I finally got them, the color and pattern was not the same as the picture. I requested a refund but although, it was the wrong item, I still have to pay fees! I probably won’t buy again from Taygra!

Shipping took a long time but all of that was well communicated which I really appreciate.

My corridalta's have been a real game changer. I have used them once so far, but will be again this weekend. can't wait! They fit like a glove and are super comfortable. So glad I chose taygra corridaltas!
