I bought a used Les Paul Classic before the holidays and had a great experience with this shop and the manager, Jonathan. I don't live in Vancouver, so I was not able to play it in person beforehand. Every effort was made to provide an accurate description to ensure that I was comfortable with the condition prior to purchase. All questions were answered thoroughly and additional pics / vids were provided. The guitar was packed amazingly well and arrived exactly as advertised. Communication, packing, and shipping were all above and beyond. Exceptional customer service all around.
