I placed my order asking to put a low G string, they did not. I asked to put strap buttons, they did not; when I called them they told me that they messed up by i’m not communicating one department to another; then they offered me a $20 credit which I agreed and I told him that I will order some strings, but then I placed the order a few times they never replied. I sent them text message to their different numbers and they ignored them all. Before I placed the original order, I was getting all my texts, replied an email, replied After that, they ignored me completely

This is a great ukulele but the one I received had fret paint worn off multiple frets near the sound hole. I purchased the ukulele on sale and thought it was a new instrument but it looks like it was maybe a demo or used.
