I recently purchased a Soldano SLO 30w amp head from Tapestry. They had the best price around and were able to deliver to me several provinces over. The amp arrived within 2 business days in good working order, was well packed and came with everything you'd expect. I would happily order another big ticket item from them again. The service I received ordering from Tapestry was excellent once I was able to get onto the website. My security labelled the Tapestry site as a threat so I had to go in and change settings with help to allow Tapestry to be a trusted site. ♥️

Ordered item online that appeared to be in inventory at beginning of December. Told later that inventory information was wrong - none actually in stock. Told it would be on next shipment. January shipment - not part of that. February shipment - not part of that one either. Now mid-March and item still not received! Frustrating!

The last thing I needed was another guitar. I’m a retired home player that till this point, owns Gibson’s, Fender’s and Gretsch electric guitars. I do own a Yamaha Gold Label Acoustic that continues to impress me daily. After reading glowing reviews, sometimes, when the guitar finally arrives we end up disappointed based on the on-line over hype. The Revstar didn’t disappoint and exceeded my expectations. Fit, finish and ease of play translate into very strong value for the price point. Factory set up only required a couple of adjustments, but was easily playable right out of the box. Better than some of the Custom Shop models that I own needed full Setups on arrival. The Revstar is a great platform if you want tackle upgrades, but the gains are minimal from stock. If you’re looking to fill a need with P90’s or Humbuckers, the Revstar will make you smile.

Initial item was found faulty in their own Q&A, which was great, but replacement time took longer than initially indicated and all communication had to be initiated by me. Guitar is awesome, though and will shop there again.

Communication was very good as some items needed to be back ordered. Shipping was fast for the items in stock. I would definitely visit the store in person sometime when I am in the area.
