The ordering process was fine but we have yet to receive the item, so delivery seems to be taking longer than expected.

Fabulous, Perfect, rosewood Guild, slightly rounded back. $150 cheaper than most places. Get a Baritone, your vocal arrangements will thank you. 2 extra octave strings for that special shimmer.

Very disappointed in the quality of the tuners. . . they wobble and seem to be very cheap for the price I paid. I feel they should be replaced!

Tapestry allowed me to place an order for items they did not have in stock. When I contacted them, it was explained but without acknowledging that when something is ordered, it should be available to deliver in a timely fashion. The weeks and weeks I waited for my strings is not acceptable; your order process needs to clarify that it will take a month or more to get the product. Especially something as essential and required in an immediate way as instrument strings. Even when the item was in your hands, after notifying me, it took many days for you to actually ship the order. After me writing 2 emails asking when they’d arrive, that final delay was uncaring and unnecessary.
