Great company and customer service.

Really like the mini crave but I would have liked to try a 36 as the 37 was slightly long. I decided to keep them and wear thicker socks.

The shipping service left something to be desired. My shoes were delayed, mis-sorted, and delayed again several times. But, they finally arrived. I did contact both the shipper and Taos. Taos customer service returned my email right away and offered a solution. In the meantime, the shipper found my shoes, and all is well.

I have had a few pair. The boots I have are very comfortable And supportive. I like them. I would Love to purchase the uptown and/or downtown boot and sneakers but I will not because the name is so blatantly displayed on the back of the shoe and boot. High quality footwear do not need the name on the heel.

Everything is great about these slippers except their noisy soles.

Very nice wool shoes. wearing them with and without the back, like a clog. Wearing them outside is a bonus.
