Honestly the price is worth the purchase. I have never had a pair of boots I have taken out of the box and felt no need to "Break" them in. These are helping to support my newly formed arch from many years of orthotic wear and they feel incredible! No complaints so far other than I wish the tread gripped just a little more.

I couldn't get a refund and had to pay to make the returns to ship the wrong sizes back. Customer service was good though and ended up getting a credit. I wish the shoes were consistently sized throughout their styles. Would have saved money in making returns.

Everything was as described and expected. Delivery speed was ok but be prepared to wait a week or two. Worth the wait though.

I love my Tall Crave boots. They anrrived right anway, and I love the quality and look, but I really need a smaller size. I would LOVE to purchase a pair of Craves and Mini Craves, but the smallest size available is 37 (6 - 6 1 /2) is really too big for me. I wanted to order the Mini Craves in a smaller size, 36, but it is not available. :(
