I had a mishap with the size on my order of a Last Chance pair of boots. I was allowed to exchange them for the correct size due to the amazing customer service team. The boots I ordered, two pair this time, are beautiful and amazing to wear. These were my third and fourth pair I have purchased, and plan on adding at least 3 more pair.

I have over a dozen Taft shoes and this one is the most beautiful. The Noir theme is very striking and many people made approving comments about it. The fit and feel of the show great as with all of my Taft shoes.

These are spectacular! I watched them for so long that my size was out. A half size smaller fits, and the customer service really made my experience a five out of five! I am so happy with the craftsmanship of these embroidered gems! Beautiful! I both feel like showing them off and saving them for a special occasion. Very happy!

I'm using these shoes for my wedding. I also had a lot of points built up and was worried I wouldn't be able to use them because of the changing system but the support team was super helpful in getting the points utilized

I love the look and the comfort out of the box on these boots. I am very happy with my decision and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Disappointing quality – leather cracked within two weeks. I really loved the style and initial fit of these boots; they look exactly like the photos and were comfortable right out of the box. However, after only few wears, the leather on the sides of the boots start cracking and peeling. For this price point, I expected the material to be much more durable I recommend looking for a more durable alternative.

I don’t know how many women are Taft customers, but I am now. This is the swankiest pair of sneakers I have ever owned, so luxe and incredibly comfortable. So happy I stumbled across them while browsing the internet.

Only complaint is the boot is colored darker than advertised.
