It is nice to high quality shoe care kit in black storage box, and not have to purchase the individual items. And the kit arrive in a timely matter to prepare my shoes for winter.

I purchased 6 pairs of boots and racked up a bunch of points only to find out that you can't apply any of that to sales items. On top of that TAFT is discontinuing their rewards at the end of 2025. . I got a hat and socks and I wont ever do business with them again.
This a classic style loafer with lots of flare. I love to dress it up or wear it casually while getting lots of compliments. Another beauty by Taft.
These are the best boots I have ever owner, folks always ask where I get them from! If I could be a walking advertisement and own all the Taft Boots, I would do with pride! The only thing I wish, is they were a bit more affordable, so I could own more!

They are amazingly comfortable and pure quality. Found these on an amazing sale, ended buying another color after they were delivered.
Worst shipping partners ever! Taft's third party shippers FirstMile and OnTrac were absolutely terrible both in their delivery, tracking updates, and customer service (which was entirely automated, severely restricted, and thus non existent). Taft customer service was also non-responsive during a 5 day period throughout the entire shipping issues. (1. ) First off the shipping address was correct but it was marked as undelivered due to incomplete address when in fact the address was correct. It's just there was construction and the driver didn't look for the clearly marked alternate entrance, which every other delivery company and driver can find. (2) next their automated system told me to update the address with correct info but they didn't show the address they had on file so I couldn't confirm anything. (3) Finally when I did get a live person after a super long wait on online chat the person had me confirm the business hours at the delivery address, which I did. Then two days later they tried to deliver the item when my office was closed so they sent me an automated message saying delivery failed and asking me to update the business hours, which I once again did via phone message where they said they'd call back. (4) it's been two days and no call back or follow-up. (5) I got an automated message from Taft today (Saturday) saying my package was delivered but I had previously TWICE told their shipping partner my office is closed. What's the point of telling their shipping partners the business hours if they're going to TWICE try delivering the package when the business is closed? (6) I have sent Taft multiple emails to their customer support email over the pat 5 days and have received ZERO reply or response. Not even an automated one confirming receipt of my customer service inquiry. I will NEVER order from Taft again if they use FirstMile or OnTrac to deliver their products!
