As a 7-year customer of TAFT shoes, the logistics are different on how long a shoe takes to leave the warehouse. It used to be that an order before 1pm would be out on the same day. This doesn't appear to be the order of operations any longer.

Still have not received shoes!!

Excellent. One of my favorite pairs of Tafts - and I have a dozen. The cut is beautiful, the leather is incredibly high quality and gorgeously tanned (smells great too!), and the fit n' finish are top notch. They look amazing on-feet and are so versatile in their design - you can dress them up or down easily. Really happy to have this pair of Chelseas in the rotation!

The shoes I ordered were absolutely perfect. They were great online but even more stunning in person. I can't wait to wear them with my custom suit as I walk my daughter down the aisle this summer. . . to add to the experience from ordering to delivery was seamless!

I bought a pair for my grown son because he just loves my husbands Tafts. Here’s literally what he said: “OMG MOM! I LOVE them!! They not only fit like a creepy measured my feet in my sleep, but they also look like they were made by a celtic cobbler who subclassed in sorcery

Taft uses second-rate shippers that deliver late or not at all. They used to be high end.

I placed an order on 3/22, paid for expedited shipping and my expected delivery was supposed to be 3/25. I got notified that my order was being shipped on 3/23. As of today 3/29 I still haven't received my order or any follow-up after I filed a claim. FedEx states they are still waiting to receive the package from Taft. The tracking number only shows that a label was created. Horrible experience and even worse follow up. At this point I just want a refund. You definitely lost a customer

Purchased a size 13 and I fit nearly 3 fingers between my heel and the shoe. Too big!

The overall appearance of the shoe looks great, but there was damage on the side of the soul. I informed the support received no response after sent another email. You still haven’t received a response. . overall disappointed in customer service

These might be my favorite pair so far! I absolutely love these. Went out to dinner with friends and several people could not stop asking where I got these shoes from! Love it! The patterns, the style, color! Everything is gorgeous! Love it!

I buy Taff for my brother and husband so when they came out with the ladies line I was eyeing them for a long time. I finally got a pair in final sale and I went with my typical size, I should have sized up a half size. I have been stretching them out and they are starting to fit and I really can’t wait to show them off. They are so beautiful and I just love them.

Paid the extra $25 for rush delivery! Still haven’t received shoes! Tracking shows shoes still in Utah
