Your company is a scam, how can charge so much for your products and can’t even us a reliable delivery service. You make it easy to take my money but to get your damn product, a customer has to start jumping through hoops. Taft is a joke of a brand.

Love the shoes overall, and will keep wearing them. However, they really hurt the back of my heels. Not sure why.

My previous review came through in error as a 1 out of 5. Unfortunately it seems it isn’t adjustable. I just want to say that these are by far the most outstanding pair of boots I own. Truly a once in a lifetime beauty. Highly recommend.

I just recently tried a pair of Taft's socks. They are great. They feel soft and don't fall down my legs. I have not washed them yet since I just got them. I will see if the color fades during washing. I hope they hold the color. If they do, then I will wear only Taft dress socks going forward. For years I have only purchased Allen Edmund shoes. They are great shoes and last forever. I thought I would try Taft and see how they compare to Allen Edmund. They compare in every way for comfort, durability and price--which I would expect. But, Taft has such a wide selection that I now purchase only Taft shoes. I get compliments on my shoes all the time.

I’m a serious shoe enthusiast. The staff at Allen Edmonds on Michigan Avenue knows me by name, and friends tease me about how many pairs I own from brands I love. A friend recommended TAFT for their bold, European-handcrafted designs and premium leathers. Since they have no physical storefront and I knew nothing about their fit or feel, ordering from the Last Chance section seemed smart. It let me try the brand at a lower price before spending more on full-price pairs. I bought two pairs: one for myself (which I really like) and a women’s size 9 for my wife, who usually wears 8. 5 and fits a 9 when half sizes aren’t offered. The men’s pair used US sizing, but the women’s arrived as EU 39. That size is noticeably smaller than a true US 9 (which should be closer to EU 41 for her). They were far too tight for her to even try on properly. I only wanted a simple exchange for the correct size. I understand Last Chance is final sale, but first-time buyers should not be penalized for cautiously testing the brand. Customers deserve consistent and accurate sizing without surprises, especially when there is no way to try shoes in person. An outdated phone number, slow email responses, and a strict no-exception policy show this company does not yet put customers first. Brands like Allen Edmonds earn loyalty by valuing people over rigid rules. TAFT makes beautiful shoes, but until they offer clearer sizing, better transparency, and more flexible support, look elsewhere for companies that truly respect their customers.

The shoes are really nice however the delivery I was shocked ! They left your beautiful shoe on the street next to the mailbox curb: I stated as much in a previous email. That has never happened before and I order a lot . They didn’t bother the deliver them to my home a single family house. Such a beautiful shoe should never be on the curb.

My latest purchase from Taft arrived recently and quickly became my new favorite pair of shoes! Stylish and comfortable, can be worn both dressed up or for a sharp casual look, they are sure to draw attention and compliments.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, one specifically for my husband to wear over our Christmas vacation. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the boots after ordering. The holiday pair (red plaid) arrived in a damaged box and came with damaged soles. They were clearly previously returned. As these were our 3rd and 4th pairs of shoes purchased from Taft, I was really disappointed, it was not the caliber of quality we are used to. Additionally, it took several days to get a response from customer care to remedy the situation which meant he was unable to wear the shoes for our trip. After getting a response we were sent a return label, but unfortunately it was for the wrong pair. So I’ve had to go through the return process for a second time in order to be sure we get the correct pair returned and replaced. I realize this all occurred during the busiest season of the year, but knowing that is the case for any retailer, extra diligence and staff support are essential to maintaining the quality and care high end brands strive to offer.
