It was backordered several times and that meant that I did not receive it for many weeks after I ordered it. I ordered this on November 7th, it wasn't shipped till November 12th that's totally unacceptable. When I emailed what happened they lied to me and said it was mailed right away. I had to go to a local plumbing supplier to pick it up Tracking number 9400111105502867300614 look it up and you will see I am saying the truth
