It was backordered several times and that meant that I did not receive it for many weeks after I ordered it. However, Supreme Kitchen & Bath kept me continually informed of the continuing status of my order by email.

I ordered this on November 7th, it wasn't shipped till November 12th that's totally unacceptable. When I emailed what happened they lied to me and said it was mailed right away. I had to go to a local plumbing supplier to pick it up Tracking number 9400111105502867300614 look it up and you will see I am saying the truth

Simple to install

My 8-year-old home had a Gerber toilet, and the flush valve went out. The valve kept flushing on its own. I wanted to find the exact same part to make repair as simple as possible. Unfortunately, the big box stores or even the gigantic online retailer we all know and love, did not carry this part. Fortunately for me, Supreme Kitchen & Bath did have the part in stock! In fact, Supreme was THE ONLY online supply store that carried the part. In a few days the new part arrived in the mail and just as I suspected, it was an easy repair. I just had to twist off the old valve and drop the new one in. No need to drain the tank at all. Thanks Supreme Kitchen & Bath!
