The delay from order to shipping was unacceptable. Good product, but paying extra for three day shipping was a joke. I received the parts a full two weeks after ordering.

So far, after two days of, the cartridges seem to work well.

Faucet arrived when scheduled. Good price and looks great. But probs with the hot water pressure, unless you use the spray function.
