I was having a lot of trouble with my water heater until I replaced the cartridge with this Pfister replacement of the original. It took me 6 months to find this problem.

It was easy to order the toilet flush lever I needed and it arrived as anticipated. I liked that the company didn't need my life's history to create an account.

It has a lovely old fashioned look, and the knobs turn very easily. The only thing I'm not wild about is the fact that after a couple of years the hose for the hand sprayer broke and finding a replacement has not been terribly easy. (Still looking. )

Fast and professional service, and it fits perfectly! We plan to order another one for our second bathroom, but we are unable to read the code on the underside of the porcelain product. Thank you!
