I needed a new interior trim panel for a 2005 Jaguar XJ8 and was told by my local Jaguar dealer that the part was no longer availed. I found SuburbanAutoParts.com on line a it appeared that they had the part. I contacted them and they said they didn’t have the part but could order it. I had the part in less than 5 days. The part was in its original box. It didn’t appear that the box had ever been opened. I’m definitely happy with my order and will use them in the future.

Send email to customer service twice to find out if part was in stock or the lead time to get it. I got no return e-mail at all. Thought I would order part anyway. Only took a couple days and received e-mail that the part was in and ready for local pickup. There was no address on the order for pickup so I googled it and had a address in Troy, Michigan not far from home about 15 miles. Got to the address and could not find any building there a lot of other Suburban dealerships. Called 800 number on order and was told that Honda part pickup was in Farmington Hills not Troy. I think the pickup location should be on the notation e-mail. The part was great.
