The ordering process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, Suburban uses the same parts ordering interface as the other online stores which has terrible line images of the parts (not actual photos) so it is difficult to determine if the parts match what is on the car. The shipping is usually fast and the items are packaged adequately to avoid damage.

Your prices are great and I don`t mind paying the $ 2.00 pick-up fee. I buy a fair amount of Honda and Toyota parts and Suburban Auto Parts.com makes it easy.

Ordered the genuine GM part, using the web page. Pricing consistent with alternative sources. What made this my choice is that in person P/U was available as shipping cost on this item exceeded the price of the part. Fulfillment was quick and accurate, would use again.

My parts came damaged, I’ve emailed 4 times for a return authorization and haven’t gotten a reply. Ended up buying the red recovery hooks from another supplier… very unhappy

Spoke with a gentleman about the part I needed. He said I would have to order online and gave me the correct part number. It was easy to place my order and the part arrived on the day the gentleman said I would get it. The cost was good even with the shipping.

Originally spoke to Marshall regarding OEM replacement headlights for my 2006 Chevy Colorado. One readily available one had to be backordered. First light arrived in four days and the second light 3 days. Everything perfect fit and they were easy to replace. Consider ordering the four spring style clips that attach the grill to the frame that just in front of the radiator. Clips usually brittle and brake while removing. Ordering parts from Suburban has been great until my last order. On this order I was never notified when the part came in so I called after 10 days only to find out it had been there for a while. Apparently the person responsible for checking in part arrivals did not notify the proper person in the parts department it had arrived. Luckily I was not in a hurry for the parts on this order.
