Had to order a part for my Range Rover Sport. Very good customer service and quick shipping.

First, the website was difficult to navigate and find the part I was looking for. After a while, I finally found the part I was looking for and matched it up to my vehicle. Then I saw the ridiculous $20 shipping fee to ship a small box. I received my part and come to find out, it doesn't fit my vehicle even though the site had said that it would be a match. Attempted to contact customer service but was ducked for a month. Come to find out that they will not accept returns without making you pay your own shipping costs, as well as a 20%, restock fee. Awful service and would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered several parts and was promised local pickup in Troy,MI. This was not the case. Once the parts arrived after several weeks delay (which your not made aware of up front) , I was told to drive to Ann Arbor if I wanted them. Could not find a single person from from suburban to make it right.

We ordered the part for our 2004 Cadillac DeVille. Our mechanic helped us to repair the original parts; therefore, we no longer need the part they sent us and we are returning the part we ordered. We are in our 70s, technological impaired. But we have to say that their sales agent was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped us to identify the exact part we needed and guided us thru the process of how to place the order online. We highly recommend your staff and company.

Prompt service

I had to wait over 15 mins at the local part counter for local pick up - becuase the part was not on site and someone had to go across the street to retrieve the order. This was 1 day after the email notifying me that part was ready for pick-up. Plus I was charged an extra $2 for local pick up - which doesn't make sense.

Disappointed. Ordered a part - later order was cancelled. Returned to website and noticed there were TWO part numbers for the part I was looking for. Double checked the VIN and all is good. Part arrives and it's NOT even remotely close to the diagram on the website and therefore is NOT what I need. Cost me 20 bucks to ship the part back. So now I am out 20 bucks and no part. Call service dept. initially they confirm the number (was the number that I ordered and was wrong). They did deeper and find a NEW number. I check that number against the illustrations on website and NOT even close. I ask the parts guy if he could send a pic of the part before I order it as I don't want to spend ANOTHER 20 bucks to return it. He was unable to do this. So I never got the part I was looking for and am out 20 bucks for what I consider YOUR mistake.

I searched the internet relentlessly for a matching hubcap for my 1998 Jaguar Vanden Plas. The only ones I could find were used and priced over $150. Finally I discovered SuburbanAutoParts.Com website and bought a brand new one delivered to my house for $107.53.
