Still haven't recieved order

Sitting here with a broken Subaru and ordered the part on 3 January. The part finally ships on 15 January only to take 3 days to go 18 miles from Tacoma to Kent WA...unbelievable!

Never got any update about my order and still don't have my order but you are asking for a review? Almost laughable. You took my money and that's the last I ever heard. I have no idea if I will ever get my parts because there has been no communication.

I was happy with my order. The reason for only a good was the time it took to get to me was longer than it should of been.

Fast delivery.

The lift parts were correct and easy to install.

Never and I mean never have these parts shipped to a Subaru destination to either save on shipping or thinking that maybe you'll get them in a week. It has been 3 weeks and I keep getting told empty promises by Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis and still don't know when the order will be fulfilled. Learn from me

It is ok. Delivery took a long time.

Subarparts communicated the 7-10 day delay in packing my order due to COVID before I placed the order. However, I wasn't notified that one of my items was on backorder until the end of that 10 day period. It was a good month of waiting before my items shipped.

Price of parts is good. I ordered it on the 22nd. It’s supposed to come in on the 4th which I knew it would take a little to get here but let’s not send me a survey of how you did before you finished the job hence the 3 star.

Prompt delivery with original part for my Crosstous

With an older car 2004 subuara Legacy Outback - it is great that they verify the part against the VIN because it is super confusing when ordering parts. They did perfect!

I received a serpentine belt from this establishment. The belt was out of its original box inside a cereal box. The lazy and cheap person packaging the product took the belt out of its original box and just stuffed it inside a cereal box. They folder the original box inside the cereal box and let the belt be loose inside. Terrible, cheap and inconsiderate way to ship a product. Keep this in mind when ordering from this place.

I was able to do an online search to find the Subaru accessory I needed. I received it in a prompt manner.

Would only ship to my billing address. Currently deployed and needed it shipped to where it was needed. Had to wait for shipping twice.
