I did order three items online, but unfortunately only received two items, no any explanation for the one item not ship, will ship it to me later or should I reorder again pay for another shipping cost ?

Service was good.. Communication was good.. In-stock selection was good.. Pricing was on-par.. Shipping was a little slower than we would’ve liked… and not just the carrier. Packaging was good enough, but just barely. It seems to have seen a lotta rough handling. In short: the order was a bit slow to ship and arrived a few days behind schedule. Everything was accounted for when it arrived, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Parts were received ahead of schedule and were exactly as ordered! The diagrams on the website were a bit tricky to follow (felt like I was reading an IKEA assembly manual), but with some research I finally figured out what component needed to go where. I used the DrRoc fender clip kit to replace most of the clips, however.. there were some that I purchased which didn’t come with the kit, so I’ll need to buy extra clips later from the site. I’ll pay close attention to the part numbers next time. The fender liner replacement cost some time, but I saved several hundred dollars in labor costs and fixed it quicker than I would have bringing it into the shop, due to recent pandemic wait times. PS The fender liner doesn’t need an additional support bar; I got ones with the fender liner and purchased extra support bars by accident (it’s ok — with the amount of forest road driving, I might need them later).

I had Ordered the wrong part number and they caught my error by verifying with my vin number. They contacted me to correct the error and saved me a lot of hassle. Will definitely order from them again!

It was good just toke time to get parts

It was easy to find someone to talk to and get the order made. The price was fair - though I wish I could have bought just the simple plastic part and not the whole visor.

Their website is very helpful with finding the parts you need. The exploded diagrams are very detailed. Prices were a fraction of what I found on other websites. I will be returning the next time I need parts for my Subaru.

Ordering was easy and the price was good. The part was correct and was fairly straightforward to install. Shipping was not fast which I'll attribute to the Covid World. All in all, a good experience.
