Great customer service and when I ordered something online it didn’t match the Vin of my vehicle I was informed right away and they helped me get the correct part.

I wasn’t sure which part with so many options and was relieved when someone promptly emailed to verify my vehicle and made sure I received the correct one. Very impressed and happy. It was a super smooth process. Thank you!!

I have yet to receive the parts that were ordered 4-5 weeks ago. Website says they were shipped...but yet to receive order.

Took a month to get my parts but I understand these folks are short staffed. Allison was awesome to work with and deserves a raise!

Very slow to ship order with very little communication. Correct once received.

I had an order arrive at an address that I no longer had access to, so it was essentially returned to sender. After some prodding, support eventually informed me that they never received the return shipment. Despite this, they sent me a new shipment of parts to my updated address. I appreciate their customer support team for resolving this problem!

Packaging of the items was very good…

great oem parts. It did take them a while to get it to me but it came well packed and in great condition.

I only got 1 out of the 8 flywheel bolts I ordered for my 2016 wrx

After a full week since time of order I requested info on the shipping. Wasn't shipped until after I asked. Shipping info show's it's another week to delivery. Two weeks? Shameful.
