My parts order was placed on 1/26/22 and was confirmed via email. I received an email on 2/13/22 telling me a shipping label was created. This seems like a extended lag time as items were not listed as back ordered at time of order.

They have a wide selection of Subaru parts and the diagrams made it easy to ensure I was getting the right part. The parts were packaged appropriately and arrived in tact. The service process could use improvement as there was 10 days of just emptiness.

All parts are excellent but some small hiccups with shipping. My apartment number wasn't included in the address so FedEx had to hold it at a local store. Also I wish there are cheaper shipping options available, I'm in Canada so FedEx 2-day international shipping can be as expensive as the order itself, wouldn't mind a slower but cheaper option. But I need to stress that it's amazing to find all the parts I needed for my 10 year old 2012 STI, thanks a lot Subaruparts.com!
