Part was exact, and cheaper than my local Subaru dealer and they didn't have it in stock. Fast shipping, BUT problem I have is I wasn't informed part was on back order when it stated (in-stock) online and had to wait over a week to get that's why 3stars.

I needed the right front passenger side brake line and you guys had it at a reasonable price. Better than my local dealer. Just took you guys a minute to get it over to me. But all is good. In this day and age you have to ship things quickly took over a week or so just to get it shipped. I guess I'm used to Amazon's fast shipping. All in all brakes are working beautifully on my 2024 Crosstrek.

The product was in stock and it worked as it was supposed to. The only problem I had was delivery. It was in stock but they took a week to ship it. I chatted with them at least 2 or 3 times and they could not tell me when it would ship or when the estimated delivery would be. I finally told them if it did not ship by Friday (7 days after I ordered it) I would cancel the order. Then, the shipped it on Fri!

If you need your parts quick find another vendor or a local dealer. It took about 2 weeks to get my order. Over a week of that was waiting for it to be packed and shipped. Their pricing was one of the best I found but, You’ll have to factor in the wait time.
