Lack of timely shipping hurt an dcaused my review. Also delayed in response to inquire about shipping. I'm 2 hours away but took way too long to ship and arrive.

Order placed. Email received giving order confirmation, and the follow-up with delivery status. Received order quickly. Very satisfied.

Ordered a trip piece for the '19 Ascent; arrived in time, perfect fit. Good Price. Perfect!

The parts I ordered were all good value and showed up well packaged. It did take a while for the order to arrive due to back orders that were out of their control. Communication about it could have been a little better, but other than that everything was great.
