I was completely satisfied with my last order from Subaru Direct Wholesale. The order arrived in a timely fashion and was as expected.

I ordered a rocker panel molding for my 2018 SUBARU WRX' and it literally came within 4 days, neatly packaged and 2 days early, I had installed within the hour. The nice part of the process was as painless as a walk in the park. When I pulled up the part I needed right under were the correct plastic clips that I needed to install. If the clips hadn't been directly under the part I ordered I wouldn't have even known I needed them for the install. I just put the clips in the same basket and that's why I was able to do the install so fast. If the website hadn't given me the heads up on the hardware that went along with the install I would have to wait another week for the install.

I didn't really like it. They took a long time to send my order. After I ordered again, they sent me two orders for which I had to pay for delivery one way. The technical support is not bad.
