Package arrived as expected. I would use this site again. Regarding the service, some items had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer so they informed me of the delay. Entire order took about 2. 5 weeks to arrive from order date. These items were mostly aesthetic, floor mats, trunk liner, etc. so it wasn't an issue to wait a little longer.

Ordered an AC part from these guys. It shipped fast and was well packaged. It was a Genuine Subaru parts that fit exactly as oem and fixed my intermittent ac issues. Best price online as well. I ordered a factory OEM harmonic balancer that unfortunately arrived defective, with a chip out of the pulley lip right out of the sealed manufacturer bag. When I contacted customer service to rectify the issue, they did not handle the return or replacement directly. Instead, they immediately passed me off to file a claim through their third-party shipping insurance provider, Extend. While the insurance claim was eventually approved and a replacement is on the way, the back-and-forth communication took quite a bit of time, delaying my engine repair. The seller delivers genuine parts, but be prepared for a slower resolution process if your order arrives damaged and you have to navigate their outsourced claims system.
